No, Otto's clinicians work outside of insurance. You will receive direct access to your clinician and to medications (if indicated) without insurance coverage.

Not at all. If you're already on medications that you'd rather not stay on, your provider may be able to help you reduce your dose safely or roll off of the medication completely. If you're interested in non-medicated approaches, your provider will evaluate your specific needs and create a personalized plan.
